FESCO is one of the leading providers of international and transit transportation in the Russian Far East, servicing the key transport corridors and export and import routes.

In 2023, FESCO continued to develop its key services and tap into new markets.

New routes:
  • between St Petersburg and the ports of China and India
  • between Novorossiysk and the Indian ports of Nhava Sheva and Mundra
  • between Novorossiysk and the Egyptian port of Alexandria
Expansion of sea routes:
  • Russia and Vietnam: capacity up by 44%, with the route now connecting Russia with other Southeast Asian countries, including Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, the Philippines, and others
  • additional ports of call in China
Expansion of regular services:
  • routes from Vladivostok to Samara, Irkutsk, and Chelyabinsk
  • new services involving Omsk
New regular domestic shipping service:
  • >16 thousand TEU shipped between St Petersburg and Kaliningrad during the first year of operation
Increase in capacity of existing domestic shipping routes in Russia’s Far East:
  • +5% growth in shipping volume in 2023
